1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bdt99 (hereinafter "bdt99", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing all access to and use of the bdt99 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming, betting, and account services offered therein.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

bdt99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by bdt99 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending completion of the verification process.

3 Account Registration

To use the betting and gaming services offered by bdt99, you must create a single registered account. The following rules govern the registration and maintenance of bdt99 accounts:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one active bdt99 account at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or alternate accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same household — is strictly prohibited. Where bdt99 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and any winnings accumulated through the duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information — including but not limited to a false name, date of birth, or address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Currency

All bdt99 accounts for Bangladesh players are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your bdt99 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. bdt99 will process account closure requests within 48 hours, subject to the completion of any pending transactions and the resolution of any outstanding disputes.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdt99 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your bdt99 account.

bdt99 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts as an additional layer of security. bdt99 provides 2FA as a standard account feature at no additional cost.

5 Deposits & Payments

bdt99 accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) with no currency conversion or additional processing fees charged by bdt99.

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Players may contact bdt99 support to enquire about their applicable limits.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bdt99 balance within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes. If a deposit has not been credited within these timeframes, you should contact bdt99 support with your transaction reference number.

5.3 Source of Funds

All funds deposited into your bdt99 account must be your own personal funds and must be derived from legitimate sources. bdt99 is committed to preventing money laundering and may request evidence of the source of funds where deposits are unusually large or where account activity exhibits patterns consistent with financial crime.

5.4 Declined Deposits

bdt99 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraud, identity theft, payment method misuse, or any other form of financial irregularity. In such cases, bdt99 will notify the account holder and may request supporting documentation before reprocessing the transaction.

6 Withdrawals

Winnings held in your bdt99 account may be withdrawn subject to the conditions set out in this section. bdt99 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly, with a target processing time of five minutes for standard requests via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.

6.2 Verification Requirement

Before processing any withdrawal, bdt99 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued identity document and proof of your registered payment method. This requirement applies to all players and is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.

6.3 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

As a general rule, withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. bdt99 reserves the right to require this as a condition of withdrawal in order to prevent financial crime.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 7. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will not be included in withdrawal calculations until those requirements are fully satisfied.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

bdt99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out below, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time each individual promotion is offered.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by bdt99 are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games typically contribute 10–20%, and sports betting wagers typically contribute 100% at minimum odds of 1.70.

7.2 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds expire 30 days after the date of award. Any unplayed bonus balance remaining at the point of expiry will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.

7.3 Bonus Eligibility

bdt99 reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and may not be awarded to players whose betting patterns suggest professional arbitrage, bonus abuse, or any form of systematic exploitation of promotional terms.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, or any other form of dishonest play — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, account suspension, and potential permanent exclusion from the platform.

8 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports and event betting activity on the bdt99 platform, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and all other markets offered.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until bdt99 has issued a written confirmation (displayed on-screen and/or delivered via account notification). bdt99 reserves the right to decline any bet at its sole discretion without stating a reason, and to impose maximum stake limits on any market or player account.

8.2 Errors in Odds

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that bdt99 can demonstrate were published in error (whether due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure), bdt99 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's account. bdt99 will make every reasonable effort to identify and correct such errors promptly.

8.3 Void Bets

bdt99 may void a bet in any of the following circumstances: the relevant event is cancelled or abandoned; the event does not proceed within 48 hours of the scheduled start time; the market is settled in error; the bet was placed after the relevant event concluded; or the bet was placed using odds that were clearly erroneous.

8.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief delay between placement and acceptance to allow for odds recalculation. bdt99 does not accept responsibility for delays in live data feeds that may affect the accuracy of in-play market pricing. Players acknowledge that in-play betting involves a higher degree of time-sensitivity than pre-match betting.

9 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on bdt99 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and instant-win products — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live-streamed from professionally operated studios. Game outcomes are determined independently of any action by bdt99 and cannot be manipulated by the platform or by players.

9.1 Return to Player (RTP)

The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published by the respective game provider and is available within each game's information panel. Actual results over any individual session may differ materially from the published RTP, which is calculated over a statistically significant number of rounds.

9.2 Technical Failures

In the event of a disconnection, technical fault, or game interruption during play, bdt99 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the game to its state immediately prior to the interruption. Where this is not possible, the stake for any incomplete round will be returned to the player's account balance. 10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bdt99 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing platform rules or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using automated betting software, bots, AI systems, or any other technological tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of the outcome of any event on which bets are offered.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has been obtained fraudulently.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during the registration or verification process.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime using the bdt99 platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bdt99 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bdt99 content without the prior written consent of bdt99.

The bdt99 name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of any bdt99 trademark — including in connection with third-party websites, social media profiles, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdt99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the bdt99 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, system outages, or connectivity interruptions beyond bdt99's reasonable control.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard).
• Inaccuracies in live data feeds that affect the pricing of in-play betting markets.
• Loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to a failure on your part to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the bdt99 platform that later proves to be inaccurate or incomplete.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bdt99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Disputes & Complaints

bdt99 is committed to resolving player complaints promptly, fairly, and transparently. If you have a dispute in relation to any bet, game outcome, payment, bonus, or account decision, you should follow the procedure set out below.

14.1 Initial Contact

Provide as much detail as possible, including your account username, the date and time of the disputed event, the relevant transaction or bet reference number, and a clear description of the issue. 14.2 Formal Complaint

15 Amendments to These Terms

bdt99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, bdt99 will notify registered players via a notice displayed on the platform and/or via email to the address registered on the account, with a minimum of seven days' notice before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the bdt99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.4 of these Terms.

16 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

The failure of bdt99 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by bdt99 in writing.
